This Sunday was exactly what I had envisioned family life being as a little girl. We went to church in the morning, Newbo Market for lunch right after, and ended the outing with ice cream. The block where the ice cream shop is located has a couple pianos outside, so of course Liam was drawn to them like a magnet and we were all entertained by the musical talents of a toddler. A treat for the ears if I've ever heard one. When we got home and laid both kids down for a nap, I realized that I am right where I am supposed to be. Life is obviously not perfect and I'm not going to pretend like it is, but those couple hours when we were out as a family of four for the first time, it seemed pretty dang close to perfection.
